Aisha Hinds

Aisha Hinds, an American actress is known for her role in the television shows "The Shield" and "True Blood". Since her 2003 debut Aisha Jamila Hilds has proved her versatility as an actor with her outstanding performances on TV shows like "9-1-1," "Detroit One8-7' and Under the Dome. She was first noticed for the role she played as Anna in the 2005 movie 'Assault on Precinct 13'. Her performance in the biographical film, 'All The Way' as woman's rights activist Fannie Louhamer earned her fame as a performer. Hind was also acknowledged for her portrayal of Harriet Tubman in WGN America's"Underground," a period drama. She currently stars on the procedural drama series '9-1-1' in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta "Hen" Wilson. It has been renewed for its third season by 20th Century Fox Television. Hind just wrapped shooting on the Hollywood movie "Godzilla King of the Monsters" that will premiere in the year 2019.
